Texas Deductible Law? We Actually Follow It.
This should be the bare minimum, but here we are. Legacy Home Improvements has never, in 25+ years, offered to waive, absorb, or pay a policyholder's deductible. Texas Insurance Code 707.002 (HB 2102) exists for good reason, and we comply fully. Always have.
