What Deferred Maintenance Does to Roofs
When a home sits vacant for months without maintenance: minor leaks become major water damage, gutter installation clog and cause water backup under shingles, fallen debris sits on the roof promoting decay, and wildlife (raccoons, squirrels, birds) create damage looking for shelter.
